This sound was made by looping a snare and speeding it up to make a pitch, bc pitch is allegedly just fast rhythm. I made this on july 18 2019 and then forgot about it, so it might not have been a snare that i looped. But it was either a garageband default sound or something i recorded. Please show me anything you make w/ it!.

Got around to putting a swish noise on my punchy_evolution 2 snare and the result was alright, then i compressed it a little bit and put a little bitcrushing on it to maximize the volume.

This is probably one of the best snares i have made yet. Hard transient, tape saturated, and squashed to bits, when played with very bright sounds and heavy bass, this really can handle it, and cut through.

This is a really punchy drum loop that runs at 172 bpm.

Made a nice lil low end snare because i was bored, probably the cleanest sounding yet. Mixed a low end tom with a snare and then did some compression, saturation, and excitement.

Samsara ekd was used for the kick, sent through eq and a couple of distortion plugins. Black noh snare was used for the snare, with a resonator and reverb placed on top of it, as well as eq and compression. Hcx was used for the hihats, with one eq plugin placed on it. The master channel got brickwalled (or bricked) using compressivecm vst.

Basically its a synthesized snare bottom, with a real clap layered with a white noise burst, eq'd and also filtered with what i can only really call "parallel- saturation. ".

An assembled drumloop, made out of free oneshot samples and a free vst plugin. The snare has a nice added resonance to it that makes it bang hard and appear quite acoustic for what it is.

This first loop in series is a simple, beat in 4/4 time run at 140 bpm. It features an extremely thick bass sound with general techno patterns you might hear in normal techno music. I initially created this snare using lmms ( linux multimedia studio ) and a single instance of the zynaddsubfx plugin. There were many effects and experiments done before exporting as an audio stem. Next i opened this stem ( single snare hit ) in bitwig studio and made a few copies of it and timestretched and chopped and then joined together in a group track the parts i liked to make the whole sound. Final effects included saturation, equalization , sidechain-limiting and compression.
